I bought the Gluttony box which comes with both the Pride and the Envy set, which was really cool. I didn't realize that the Envy set is a 10-piece acrylic set and was really excited to see the infinity D4 and the extra D6 in the set.
Fire Season, the 10-piece acrylic set, looks great with wispy dark orange tendrils inside of the clear acrylic. I think the orange looks great and I love the weight of the giant D20. Great character dice set for anyone with a fiery character!
Rainbow in the Dark, the Pride set, is a great metal set with a wonderful heft to them. I really love the glitter streak across each of the dice that adds some beautiful color to each of the dark dice.
The dice are beautiful and I highly recommend this box, but I would say that you'll want to be a little patient - my box took almost two weeks to arrive. That being said, I'm already looking forward to the next set next month!

got my first month only so may change as time goes on but i got an absolutely lovely set called wyrmscale. it is nice large metal and the numbers are raised in a gold color. the surface is textured metal to resemble dragon scales and is mostly green with blue highlights. some places the gold also peeks through the green paint but this looks quite lovely as well. i am quite taken by these beautiful dice and am very pleased so far

6 months now have come and gone. overall i'm still happy with the subscription but i won't be renewing. i don't need more dice at this point and 2 of the 6 sets have been resin dice. i prefer metal. the christmas ones were snowglobe types and were onestly pretty cool though but just got a set of yellow with green flecks in them that i am rather disappointed in. i do still love the wyrmscale though and i enjoyed the stabby bois and the valentines ones were fun and i liked getting a metal infinity d4.

I first subscribed to the Pride set for my daughter for Christmas, and then subscribed to it for myself. While some of the sets seemed fairly unremarkable for the Pride set (acrylic, albeit pretty) I was rarely disappointed with what was received. The set I most recently received was a set of metal dice with glitter resin inlays. There were multiple dice with chipped/missing spots of the resin, and upon the first use of the dice, it looked like glitter confetti in my leather dice tray. I emailed Dice Envy to let them know of the problem and to inquire about what could be done, and I was told that they were aware of the problem with this set and would provide a replacement, just send them photos of the damaged dice. I sent the photos and received no response. I sent two follow up emails which also received no response. I finally received a response to the third follow up email, stating that they never received my previous messages (despite having replied directly in the established thread as well as using the link provided in their initial response for if I needed to contact someone). They again did not respond. When I sent yet another follow up message, they advised that they didn't get my second attempt to send the photos. I finally just uploaded the photos to a hosting service and provided links to them, and asked why...

We apologize for this difficult customer service experience. Our goal has and always will be to get people products they love with as little hassle as possible. Unfortunately, to avoid any issues of fraud, we cannot avoid the requirement of photo evidence that a product is damaged before sending a replacement, even if an issue is known to us.
It would appear that the initial emails with photo attachments were never received by our customer service resulting in the delays. We are still working with our customer service software provider to figure out why this happened. Once the damaged product was confirmed we sent the requested replacement set the same day.

I love the dice, but the shipping is not consistent. For several months now the boxes have been sent out extremely late. I am consistently charged in the second week of every month, but the packages for that month are often not shipped until the next month. We're now in May and the package for my April payment has still not been shipped. I really want to rate higher because I like the dice, but a subscription box needs to be consistent. It's not something the customer should always have to be wondering about when/if a shipment might be coming. And, if there is a delay, this information needs to be shared with customers. It breaks my heart, but I'll probably have to cancel because I just can't handle the inconsistency.

We've had this subscription for 3 months and EVERY TIME, the box has shipped extremely late. Customer support response is slow to non-existent. It took a week the 1st time, and I never did receive a response the 2nd time. I'm not even bothering a 3rd time. As I am writing this review, it is 7 days before the charge for March, and the February package STILL hasn't shipped out. The label was printed 2 weeks ago, but USPS hasn't recieved the package yet. We are canceling.
