Customer emailed at 6 p.m. stating her box was stolen, along with the entire neighborhood's mail. I did some online research on insurance/coverage and gave her my findings until I could find out for sure the next day when the post office was open. This was obviously not sufficient, and I am not sure what else I could have possibly done to try and get to the bottom of this in the short amount of time I was allotted and while everything was closed.
