I ordered for my son for his 2nd baby. Got the first box and he loved it. Found out 4 months later that he stopped receiving them but I was paying monthly for a subscription. There was a mix up and when I sent an email to Michelle she IMMEDIATELY responded with an apology and 3 options for resolving the issue. The customer service with this company is amazing!!! Thanks for being a company of integrity and honesty! I HIGHLY recommend The Rad Dad box and Cratejoy.

We loved our subscription every month. Baby is now not a baby anymore. Every item is amazing. We love all the books. Customer support is fantastic and responsive. Boxes arrived on time and undamaged all the way to Taiwan. As a subscription box family, this was a great one to start our baby with and a fantastic way for dads to spend time and bond with their littles.

Our whole family really loves the Rad Dad Box. My husband and two young sons eagerly anticipate receiving the box each month! My husband really enjoys getting a unique treat each month. He also loves that the box includes gifts for him to pass on to our sons. We highly recommend the Rad Dad Box!

Ordered this for my son. It came in good time, but it was the wrong box. Michelle was very apologetic and went out of her way to make sure we got the right one in time for Christmas. She was also helpful in changing the shipping address so my son will now receive it at home. He was pleased with the box. The items are fun and good quality. Glad I ordered it.

Purchased a 3 month gift subscription for my husband. My husband was emailed when the first box was purchased, which was contrary to what was indicated on the Q&A from the company, and I was bummed this would not be a total surprise anymore. My husband assured he would obviously be surprised by the contents. The first box we received was so sweet and my very practical husband, who typically is wary about these types of gifts, really enjoyed it and was excited for the other boxes. Box 1 came with a lovely book, 2 small bath toys (we have 2 small kiddos), hand balm for dad, and trial size ground coffee. The second box didn't have a theme and came with a generic "I Love You, Daddy" book, a toy rattle, another hand balm (kind of disappointed to get two of the same product in a row), and a small bag of chips. The third box just arrived and had an animal theme with a small bag of chips, a goat milk soap, and a book that had a printing error (not the fault of the Rad Dad company!). No kids toy/clothing/product arrived this time, which was expected since the description indicates 3-4 items per shipment. The company also kindly acknowledged in a note that the book they originally hoped to include was no longer in print; I sincerely appreciate the transparency. I have been a subscriber since before my son was born, and now he's 2. Every month we got a very well curated number of items, which have always included a book, which my son loves, awesome toys and sometimes a good snack! The quality of the items is excellent; it's a great value for its price.
I give so much importance to being a good father, and this box gets it! Thanks Michelle and family for the wonderful experience and an awesome customer support.
