Generally speaking, for example, most cakes and cupcakes can last up to a week, while fresh fruit desserts may have a shorter shelf life. Most other desserts can also last up to a week, and others such as cookies or brownies without cream or fruits can even last up to 2 weeks at room temperature if stored in an airtight container. To enjoy at a much later date, you may also freeze most items in freezer-safe containers.
