Thank you for your question and subscribing to the Generations Box family. Our boxes are curated and shipped out the 4th of each month. Shipping can take around 5 to 7 business days pending on the carrier and the destination. Hope this helps.

Your first box will be billed on the day you first order. After that it will renew on the 11th day of the next month.

We normally take orders until the end of the month and then all of these will receive the following month's box which is sent out around the 4th. So, if you were to order today, it would normally be sent out around October 4th. Having said this, we do make exceptions if you wanted a September box.

Which is why I was shocked after discovering that the shipper was not able to send my grandmother her gift. It was very unfortunate.
