Hello Maryanne, Yes I send the boxes worldwide and most of my ladies are in the USA. There is free delivery for UK customers but I'm afraid that I can't offer this for overseas orders. The price if shipping will depend on which box you choose (Petite, Classic or Enhanced) but when you put your address in the checkout you'll see how much it is. Kindly, Gillian
