Subscriptions are billed quarterly from the time of your order. For example if you order in September you will be billed for that month and every 3 month going forward (Sept, Dec, March and June).

All orders are shipped on the last day of the month ordered unless you need a special ship date, for example if you wanted the puzzle to arrive by Christmas or a birthday. We are very flexible.
