Thank you for your question. While many of these products are in fact gluten and/or dairy free, these boxes are not exclusively so. Each box has a variety of items that include many allergy friendly items but they vary from month to month. You are always welcome to request a one-time customized box with these dietary requests. We do offer one-time custom orders. Unfortunately, we can't offer that for a monthly subscription since there are new products each month. However, we rarely have any meat products in our boxes and may soon be vegetarian only because of that. Thank you for your question. Many of our items are low-sodium and diabetic friendly but not all would fit this criteria. There are a variety of items in each box and since it also varies month to month, there are sure to be items for everyone to enjoy. However, they are not exclusive to any specific dietary restrictions.

I was really looking forward to this box based on the images and reviews, but my box had a lot of sweets in it. Honestly, things that I don't know how they made it into a 'healthy snack' category because they're just chocolate or candies with sugar as a main ingredient. Pretty disappointed.

I'm so sorry to hear you were disappointed with the box. We understand that everyone has different expectations with the word healthy and we try to make it as balanced as possible with some items "healthier" than others. We've also received feedback that our items are too healthy so it's a fine balance and will be different opinions for everyone. We have enjoyed sharing some healthier candy items with higher quality ingredients including plant-based items. While not low in sugar, it may be a nice alternative when craving something sweet. We appreciate your feedback and will try to be more careful to keep items lower in sugar. Thank you!

I'd love to hear more of what you were looking for in an energy bar since we do put them in our boxes. If there is something you feel we missed in our selection, we'd love to know. They definitely have a lot of plant-based protein, dairy-free or grain-free options, etc. It is fun to try because you do not typically see these products on the shelves at grocery stores.
