Q: My Daughter is 11 and based on past boxes I can see some months where the tween is most fitting and others where she'd like the teen better. Would I be able to select which box to purchase each month?Asked by Becca T., March 2023
Hi Becca - you need to choose between tween and teen. We can not switch the boxes on a monthly basis but if you buy tween and want to move to the teen during the subscription we can move her up to that box. Hope that helps!
Q: Is this charged in Canadian or US dollars? I'm in Canada and see it can be shipped here, but I'm worried about the exchange rate.Asked by Pam P., December 2022

The teen box will have more makeup and skincare products so as long as you are ok with her getting those items then the teen box is fine for a 12 year old!

We had a few repeat items when the box changed from a seasonal to a monthly subscription, but hopefully we’ll get new products from here on out. 🤞. My 10 year old loves this box & looks forward to it every month. I love the cards/affirmations that come with the box-my daughter puts them up on her bathroom mirror.

I’m disappointed with this site. You guys were very unclear that you use third party sellers, which normally wouldn’t bother me. But I ordered my subscription box a couple months ago and have not received anything yet. I have contacted the seller, no response at all.
