Baked to recommended time. Completely undercooked. Tossed the entire thing out. Really disappointing they don’t test recipes better. My oven is calibrated properly.
Hi Mary - Thank you for the feedback. We are sorry to hear that your bake did not turn out! Since you were not specific about which of your subscription series' desserts was undercooked, we can only answer in general terms. We do test all of our recipes - multiple times in fact. That being said, cooking times can vary not only due to calibration of the oven, but also thickness of the bake (if you used a different sized pan than we suggested), weather, and altitude. Each of our recipe cards do contain a baking time, but they also provide instructions on how to check that your treat is properly baked. Depending on the recipe, we suggest everything...
